How do I buy this software package?

There are two ways to purchase the Azotel SIMPLer billing and OSS:


Hosted Solution:
In the hosted solution, which is the most popular solution, the operator would simply pay a user license fee per month, quarter or year. The other services offered are pretty standard to the industry which include Training, Custom configuration and support. You will also need to purchase appliances to support the full functionality of SIMPLer. That's it!

Example hosted purchase for a WISP:

• Appropriate amount of WIBs for network
• 1 day of training (minimum)
• Setup fee
• User License fees

On-site Solution:
In the On-site solution that is offered by Azotel, you will need to purchase the licenses for at least 1000 subscribers, network appliances and at least one pair of servers to host the Azotel SIMPLer software. You would then place these servers in your hosting center and the network appliances in your network. There is a setup fee for Azotel to help you get those installed and then you are ready to go.

Example On-site solution purchase for a WISP:

• 1 pair of servers with Azotel SIMPLer installed (one server for production, second for backup)
• Appropriate number of WIBs for your network
• Licenses purchased in blocks of 500, minimum of 1000
• 2 days of support minimum for implementation
• Training
• Any custom configuration you would like
• Shipping and Handling for Servers and WIBs
• Maintenance fees begin year two to cover software upgrades
  

Maintenance is included in the initial license fee purchase. If you would like to continue to receive updates on the software, you will need to pay maintenance every year beyond year 1. Maintenance is based on number of user licenses owned by the operator.
